Read with Koharia

Koharia is a free and open-source Android reader for Komga. It combines focused comic reading with a dedicated, reflowable EPUB experience, so each part of your library is presented in the way that suits it best.

Built on the Android reading foundation of Mihon, Koharia brings library browsing, series details, offline access, and reader preferences together in one app.

A library that stays organized

Koharia can keep comic and book libraries separate or bring them together in a combined view. Cover grids and lists, search, filters, sorting, history, and quick server switching make it easy to return to the right series or book.

Series detail pages put the cover, metadata, description, tags, and chapters in one place, so browsing and resuming reading feel like parts of the same flow.

A reader built for comics

• Read page by page or in continuous scroll, from left to right or right to left, with optional double-page spreads.
• Use zoom, rotation, crop borders, chapter navigation, and reading-progress controls to fit the material and your device.
• Koharia prioritizes the current page and preloads nearby pages in your reading direction for smoother navigation.

A dedicated EPUB experience

For reflowable EPUB books, Koharia provides pagination and continuous scroll alongside detailed typography controls: font family and size, line and paragraph spacing, margins, indentation, background color, brightness, and page-turn behavior.

The EPUB reader also includes a table of contents, bookmarks, full-text search, chapter navigation, reading percentage, and visual page numbers. When the layout changes, Koharia recalculates the page count and reuses matching pagination results when possible.

Progress and offline access

Reading positions, history, and bookmarks stay available on the device and supported reading progress can sync with Komga. Manual downloads, book caches, and comic-page caches are managed independently, so you can keep the content you need when a connection is unreliable.
